Terms of use
These terms govern use of this AgendaDesk instance operated by Nowo Insurance Services, S.L. They sit alongside the Legal notice (LSSI-CE). They are not an insurance contract.
Service
AgendaDesk provides self-hosted multi-tenant agendas, staff access, reminders, and an optional AI secretary. Features depend on the organisation’s configuration and on licences with Nowo. The MIT-licensed software is provided as-is in the public repository; this hosted instance is a service supplied by NOWO.TECH.
Accounts
Access to staff areas requires an authorised account. Minors may not register. You must keep credentials confidential and notify hola@nowo.tech if you suspect misuse. Self-registration, when enabled, may be limited to the first operator. NOWO.TECH may refuse or suspend accounts used fraudulently or contrary to these terms.
Organisations and clients
Each tenant organisation is responsible for the lawfulness of its client files, appointment notes, and messaging channels, including transparency to data subjects. Integrations (telephony, ElevenLabs, e-mail, webhooks) are enabled by the organisation and must have a contract and DPA with those suppliers where required.
Acceptable use
Do not attack the service, scrape other tenants’ data, send spam, upload unlawful content, or use the secretary to make fully automated decisions with legal effects on individuals. Do not store special-category data without a documented lawful basis. NOWO.TECH may throttle or suspend abusive use.
Intellectual property
See the Legal notice. You may not present AgendaDesk or Nowo marks as your own. Tenant content remains the tenant’s responsibility.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, NOWO.TECH is not liable for indirect damage, lost bookings, or third-party network failure. Nothing limits liability that Spanish or EU consumer or data-protection law forbids limiting, nor liability for wilful misconduct. Software authors of the MIT project are not a party to this hosted-service relationship.
Law and venue
Spanish law applies. Venue is as in the Legal notice (Málaga, except consumers).
Changes
NOWO.TECH may update these terms by publishing a new version on this page. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Date of this adaptation: 3 October 2026.
