This legal notice identifies the publisher of this AgendaDesk instance under article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE). Identity details match the notice published for Nowo.tech (14 November 2021), adapted to this product.

This AgendaDesk instance is operated by Nowo Insurance Services, S.L. (NOWO.TECH). If you do not agree with these conditions you must stop using the instance.

2. Conditions of use
You must use the instance, its APIs, and its contents diligently, lawfully, and only for purposes you are authorised to pursue. You must not remove copyright notices, introduce malware, circumvent security, copy the software or its source without a licence, impersonate others, upload unlawful content, or collect other users’ data for spam. NOWO.TECH may suspend accounts that breach these conditions.
3. Hosting
The instance runs on infrastructure chosen by Nowo Insurance Services, S.L. Hosting and related suppliers act as processors under GDPR article 28 on Nowo’s documented instructions. The host location is the European Union unless a specific subprocessors list on this instance states otherwise.
4. Liability
NOWO.TECH has adopted security measures according to the state of the art. It is not liable for loss caused by viruses, unavailability, or third-party sites linked from the instance, except where Spanish or EU law (including consumer law) does not allow that liability to be excluded. This clause does not limit liability for wilful misconduct or where limitation is forbidden.
5. Intellectual property
The AgendaDesk software is published under the MIT licence as stated in the public repository. Trademarks, the AgendaDesk wordmark, the owl mascot, and operator content remain the property of their respective owners. Tenant organisations remain responsible for the lawfulness of the client and appointment data they enter.
6. Law and venue
This instance is governed by Spanish law. For disputes arising from these pages, the courts of Málaga have jurisdiction, except that consumers (as defined by applicable law) may use the courts of their residence. AgendaDesk is not an insurance distribution service; insurance products, if any, are contracted under separate terms.
